ԻՄPOWER – CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS

Are you a young person between 18 and 25 living in Yerevan?
Do you have an idea on how to improve your community?
Would you like to launch your own local project or initiative?
Apply for ԻՄPower and embrace your full power!

This project will provide you with tools that will empower and inspire you. As a participant, you will undergo a 4-day in person training followed by a coaching process and project implementation. We will meet as a group for 2 weekends and will learn from each other and together. The training is built on experiential learning which means that we will work with both theoretical methods and experience them at the same time.

During the training following areas will be covered:

- Self-leadership and empowerment
- Values and value-based leadership
- Navigating conflict and change
- Project management and social entrepreneurship

During the training you will have a chance to contemplate the change you would like to see in your environment.

Don’t think of changing the world: we will start with changing ourselves and planting small seeds of change to gain power and empower!

After the training our coaches will support you in implementing your ideas.

It doesn’t have to be about planting a forest: your idea for change can start for a single tree!

The participants who will successfully participate in all 4 training days and implement their projects will receive a certificate of participation and will gain a chance to become trainers and mentors for the next group of participants.
