Democracy and Human Rights

Building and maintaining a democratic Armenian society where human rights are protected is a cause APY contributes to. Only by working with a young generation we can combat Soviet legacy of authoritarian attitudes and values. Supporting development of democratic competencies and values is one of the priorities of APY work. Through our projects we facilitate global democratic education and promote active civic participation of young people. We realize the impact of autocratic regime on young people in Armenia and work to ensure more transparency and accountability.
