Strategic partnership project ‘Peace&Love Vector’ 2017-2018 – Like us on Facebook!The project ‘Peace&Love Vector’ represents an ambition to build a metaphorical link across geo-political borders, cultural differences, formal disciplines and imbalance of experience. The aim of the project is empowering of youth leaders and youth workers in the field of preventing extremism and radicalization focusing on young people with migrant background through exchange of practices and experiences between partners’ organizations from the EU and the Eastern Partnership countries.

The organizations involved in ‘Peace&Love Vector’ are:

  1. Armenian Progressive Youth (Armenia);
  2. Eesti People to People (Estonia);
  3. More Mosaic (Sweden);
  4. Center for European Initiative (Ukraine).

The project includes different layers of local and transnational activities designed to empower youth workers and youth organizations to work closely with young people and promote harmonic, inclusive and tolerant European communities.

The project includes 3 transnational meetings and 1 training:

  4. – Evaluation and dissemination meeting in Armenia

‘Peace&Love Vector’ objectives are to:

  1. improve and professionalize the cooperation among partner organizations based in the EU and EU-neighboring countries in the area of work with young migrants, IDPs, refugees trying to reduce growing radicalization and extremism among young people;
  2. foster and improve transnational cooperation through staff and youth workers exchange, through innovation and the exchange of good practices in the area of combating extremism and radicalization against migrants;
  3. develop a network of stakeholders that are willing to contribute to the migrants, IDPs, refugee’s integration processes;
  4. bring together youth leaders and workers, staff members, project managers, educators in the field of non-formal education from the partner organizations in order to develop new competences;
  5. increase knowledge of the participants in combating violent extremism and hate speech towards migrants, misinformation about refugees and xenophobic discourse by drawing attention of their local communities to positive contributions of refugees;
  6. empower youth leaders to become stronger actors for current problematic and to contribute to the resolution of the crisis through influencing local and national policy making;
  7. establish a working reference group for knowledge and information exchange.


Training course for youth workers in Estonia
December 18-23, 2017, Nelijarve, Estonia
Partner countries: Armenia, Estonia, Sweden and Ukraine.

The aim of the training course was to empower participants to achieve inner peace and learn how to teach and train final beneficiaries – young people in their organisations and communities – to be in balance with inner and outer world. Final target group included young people with fewer opportunities, youth from post-conflicts regions and youth in risk of radicalization and extremism.

«Peace&Love Vector» 2017-2018 – ստրատեգիական համագործակցության ծրագիր

 «Peace&Love Vector» ծրագիրը շոշափում է այնպիսի հարցեր, ինչպիսիք են երկրաքաղաքական սահմաննեը, մշակութային տարբերությունները և ֆորմալ դիսցիպլինները, և ձգտում է ստեղծել մետաֆորիկ կապ դրանց միջև: Նախագծի նպատակն է հզորացնել երիտասարդ առաջորդներին և գործիչներին, ովքեր գործունեություն են ծավալում փախստականի կարգավիճակում գտնվող երիտասարդների նկատմամբ ծայրահեղականության և արմատականացման կանխարգելման ոլորտում։ Ծրագրիրն իրականացվում է Եվրոպական Միությունում և Արևելյան Գործընկերության երկրներում կազմակերպությունների միջև փորձի և փորձառության փոխանակման միջոցով:

«Peace&Love Vector»  նախագծում ներգրավված կազմակերպություններն են՝

  1. «Հայ առաջադեմ երիտասարդություն» (Հայաստան),
  2. Eesti People to People (Էստոնիա),
  3. More Mosaic (Շվեդիա),
  4. Center for European Initiative -Եվրոպական նախաձեռնության կենտրոն (Ուկրաինա):

Նախագիծը ներառում է տեղական և միջազգային տարբեր միջոցառումներ, որոնք նախագծված են հզորացնելու երիտասարդ գործիչներին և կազմակերպություններին, որպեսզի վերջիններս ավելի սերտորեն աշխատեն երիտասարդների հետ և խթանեն ներառական ու հանդուրժող եվրոպական համայնքների աճը:

«Peace&Love Vector»-ի ձեռնարկի միջոով կարող եք տեղեկանալ, թե ինչպիսի միջոցառումներ են տեղի ունեցել Շվեդիայում, Հայաստանում, Էստոնիայում և Ուկրաինայում, ոգեշնչվել երիտասարդական աշխատանքի նվաճումներով և օգտագործել յուրօրինակ կրթական այն նյութերը և խաղերը, որոնք ստեղծվել են ծրագրի մասնակիցների կողմից 2017-2018 թթ. ընթացքում:

Ծրագիրը ներառում է անդրազգային հանդիպումներ և թրեյնինգ՝

  1. – Նախապատրաստական  հանդիպում Շվեդիայում
  2. – Ոչ ֆորմալ կրթական ծրագիր Էստոնիայում
  3. – Միջնաժամկետ ամփոփիչ հանդիպում Ուկրաինայում
  4. – Գնահատման և արդյունքների ամփոփման հանդիպում Հայաստանում

 

«Peace&Love Vector» ծրագրի  հիմնական նպատակներն են՝

  1. բարելավել և մասնագիտացնել Եվրոպական Միությունում և ԵՄ հարակից երկրներում տեղակայված գործընկեր կազմակերպությունների միջև համագործակցությունը երիտասարդ միգրանտների, փախստականների շրջանում՝ փորձելով նվազեցնել աճող արմատականությունը և ծայրահեղականությունը երիտասարդների շրջանում,
  2. խթանել և բարելավել միջազգային համագործակցությունը անձնակազմի և երիտասարդ աշխատողների փորձի և հաջողված պրակտիկաների փոխանակման միջոցով  միգրանտներ հանդեպ ծայրահեղականության և արմատականության տարածման դեմ պայքարում,
  3. զարգացնել շահառուների ցանց, ովքեր ցանկանում են աջակցել միգրանտների, ներգաղթյալների, փախստականների  ինտեգրմանը,
  4. նոր կարողություններ զարգացման նպատակով համախմբել երիտասարդ առաջնորդներին և աշխատակիցներին, աշխատակազմի անդամներին և ծրագրի ղեկավարներին, ովքեր աշխատում են ոչ ֆորմալ կրթության ոլորտում,
  5. ընդլայնել մասնակիցների գիտելիքները միգրանտների հանդեպ բռնի ծայրահեղականության և ատելության խոսքի դեմ պայքարում, փախստականների մասին ապատեղեկատվության և քսենոֆոբիկ դատողության դեմ՝ հրավիրելով իրենց տեղական համայնքների ուշադրությունը փախստականների  հանդեպ դրական տրամադրվածության վրա,
  6. հզորացնել երիտասարդ առաջնորդներին՝ դառնալ ավելի մրցունակ ընթացիկ խնդիրների լուծման հարցում և աջակցել կրիզիսի լուծմանը՝ ազդելով տեղական և ազգային քաղաքականության ձևավորմանը,
  7. ստեղծել գիտելիքների և տեղեկատվության փոխանակման աշխատանքային խումբ։
