Vacancy: Call for Expert Facilitators

Job Title: Expert Facilitator
Location: Yerevan
Type: Contract Based
Reporting To: Program Expert
Starting Date: 01 July 2023

Armenian Progressive Youth NGO is looking for a Expert Facilitator, who together with the program expert will design, plan and facilitate 4 workshops and meetings among young men.

The workshops should focus on the following topics:

  • masculinity,
  • gender equality,
  • gender-based violence,
  • and other related topics.

The purpose of the workshops is to raise awareness among young men on gender-based violence, its causes, consequences, and prevention of violence.

Expected qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of gender issues.
  • At least 2 years of experience in conducting group discussions (workshops), focus groups, courses at least 2 years of experience.
    Theoretical knowledge on masculinity.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Armenian language.
  • Communication skills, ability to actively listen and analyze.
